I have had a mobile telephone for a couple of years. I have noticed that the longer it has been in use the more it has irritated people. The biggest nuisance, I think, is using it in public. I have seen restrictions of using mobile telephones only in Stockholm but I know its usage is restricted in many countries, too. In Stockholm, the buses were marked on the exterior with a "Mobile telephones should only be used at the rear end of the bus" sign, for example. Nevertheless, abuse of mobile telephones was not a subject to punishment there.
I do not think a penalty charge payable for unauthorised use of mobile telephones should be taken into use because there will always be people to whom it is necessary to use mobile telephones. I believe people should solve this problem and try to co-operate as well as possible. | |||||||||||||||||||||
