The Mobile TelephoneI have had a mobile telephone for a couple of years. I have noticed that the longer it has been in use the more it has irritated people. The biggest nuisance, I think, is using it in public. I have seen restrictions of using mobile telephones only in Stockholm but I know its usage is restricted in many countries, too. In Stockholm, the buses were marked on the exterior with a "Mobile telephones should only be used at the rear end of the bus" sign, for example. Nevertheless, abuse of mobile telephones was not a subject to punishment there.It is clever to restrict using mobile telephones in necessary situations (in hospitals, prisons) where using it may cause accidents. When it comes to shops and streets, there should be places where using mobile telephones is possible. The feedback should be taken into account when they make instructions to use with mobile telephones. I do not think a penalty charge payable for unauthorised use of mobile telephones should be taken into use because there will always be people to whom it is necessary to use mobile telephones. I believe people should solve this problem and try to co-operate as well as possible. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
